AUGUSTA, ME - State Rep. Meredith Strang Burgess
(R-Cumberland) listens to Governor John Baldacci talk about the importance of early detection in the fight against breast cancer during a bill
signing ceremony in the governor's cabinet room, April 7, 2008. Governor Baldacci signed a bill, sponsored by Rep. Strang Burgess, creating
a specialty license plate that will generate revenues to support breast cancer support services. The plates will be available beginning
